Do you ship?
Yes, via overnight or two-day only. Shipping happens on Monday's. We will pack your order to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee or be responsible if your order melts or cracks in transit or upon delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking number. We do not offer refunds on shipping for partially melted, melted, or damaged products. Alternatively, you can coordinate pick up in front of Woodlands Market in San Francisco. We also offer free local delivery within the East Cut San Francisco.
When and where can I pick up my chocolates?
Your chocolates are available for pick up typically two days after purchase, typically in front of Woodlands Market, San Francisco. We'll text you to coordinate pick up time.

Refunds & Returns
Do you accept returns?
At this time we do not offer any refunds or accept any returns of products or on shipping. We pack each & every order to the best of our ability and cannot be held responsible for theft, damages due to but not limited to: animals, weather, delivery, heat, neglect, shipping, etc.
How long does your chocolates last?
Our chocolates are made with fresh ingredients and best enjoyed within ten days of purchase.
How do I store the chocolates?
Our chocolates are best kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Ideally, they are best kept at 14-16C, away from sunlight, and with a relative humidity of 50%. A wine fridge works perfectly :)
What brand of chocolate do you use?
We use the highest quality chocolate to make our products. We proudly use Valrhona chocolate.
I really, really love <insert your favorite flavor> bonbon. Can you make a whole bunch of them?
