bon sucree was started by ex-software engineer Jes Liao in February 2021. Like any great engineer, Jes is self-taught by doing the hard work to learn. Her deep passion for pastry landed her internships at top-tier three Michelin star restaurants, including The French Laundry and SingleThread, and learning from some of the best pastry chefs in the world. 

When Jes isn’t in the kitchen, you can find her at her desk working her day job, reading crypto Twitter, or interacting with dApps. Otherwise, she's eating, wine tasting, weightlifting, hiking, beaching, or traveling with her family.
